Lisa is a licensed nurse practitioner with over 22 years of progressive experience as a hospital based Registered Nurse. She is an experienced clinician with a demonstrated history of working in the health care industry in all facets of critical care including emergency department, intensive care unit, rapid response, stroke certification, open heart, PACU and over 10 years of nursing administration. She is an Active member of the Forum of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Pain and Palliative Care.

Judith Jones received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd-Mercy College and Master of Science in Nursing Administration from University of Pennsylvania. Judith brings 40 years of Nursing experience in critical care, hospice, and geriatrics.

Regina Brenton, APN MSN

Regina Brenton is a Nurse Practitioner -Dual Certified Adult/Gerontology AP-C and RN in Palliative & Hospice Care. Specializes in assessment and development of both symptom, pain management and implementation. Focus is on educating patients and families through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Dr. Hoh received her diploma from Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing,

Bachelors degree in Nursing from Felician College. Masters degree from Hunter University. Obtained a Doctorate in Health Administration from Kennedy Western University. With this prestigious education. Dr. Hoh has practiced in the areas of pain management and palliative care since 1996. In 2016, she recieved the Geriatric Nurse Exemplar award from the American Society of Pain Management Nursing.
